With so many dispatchers and csrs trying to work remotely, not having an app is critical. It was a painful, stressful. Left that job and happy to not have these issues anymore!

Would love to see more progress in the development of the office app. The ability to have the desktop features on a streamlined mobile version will definitely take the ST experience to a new level.

Love the channel, thanks for this.
I’ve been using ST Office from my iPhone’s web browser for about 2.5 years. My usability issues with ST Office from a mobile web browser are just:
    1. Web app stability (contestant crashes / forced refreshes)
    2. Scrollability (tables and windows that don’t let me scroll around to view content).
Certainly building a mobile app that tries to capture all of the capabilities of the office platform will take a lot of work. Would it perhaps be easier and faster to just try and fix those two core usability issues for using a mobile web browser?
Thanks for your focus on continuous improvement- keep up the good work!

Every new page you build on the office side should be mobile friendly. It’s 2024 and this is basic web programming.

Awesome! Now when can we "perform work now" when E-link estimate gets sent out? Hey Yall

As long as the Tech hasn’t collected the “Job is Complete” Acknowledgement signatures, after the customer has e-signed the Tech can go to the Complete Job panel and they will see a blue bar asking them when the sold work will be preformed. Pressing that, they will get the familiar “Perform Work Now” or “Perform Work Later” choice they usually see when an estimate is signed in person. If they choose “Perform Work Now”, the Services are immediately added to the current Invoice. The Tech can then leave the Closeout Job panel and continue their work on the Job.
As to why they have this located on the Complete Job panel for e-signed estimates is beyond me, but at least you know the functionality is there and you can train your techs the above steps.

👆 This is accurate. A complicated technical limitation led to that particular workflow being a little clunky. It should be better in the upcoming new app.

Why do I feel like Service Titan didn’t understand the assignment ?? Maybe everyone was wanting different things with the Mobile side than myself.

I work so much faster and more efficiently on PC so i cant even imagine why anyone would want a lesser experience using ST on their phone.... unless they want to be able to work on ST in the bathroom or something....
